1. When a normal Tubeless tyre runs over a nail, the nail enters the tyre leading to air leakage and a puncture.
2. But with CEAT Puncture Safe Tyres, the sealant grips the nail and even blocks the hole once the nail is pulled out. This prevents any air leakage from the tyre. 1. Carefully unpack the packaging box to avoid any damage to the tyre or sealant.
2. Fit the tyre only on a Tubeless Rim. Do not fit it on a Tube-type rim
3. The Tubeless Rim should be without rust or damage to avoid any leakage
4. Tubeless rims must have SNAP-IN type valves
5. Do not apply mounting lube for mounting the tyre
6. Ensure water doesn’t enter the tyre durig fitment. Water can damage the sealant gel.
7. Sealant gel shouldn’t be damaged or tampered with during fitment
8. Do not stand on the tyre as it may hamper sealant performance
9. Tyre, Rim and Valve assembly should be checked for any air leakage by dipping in water before fitting on the vehicle.

1. Follow the inflation pressure as recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.
2. Do not overload your vehicle
3. Never run the tyre underinflated OR in a flat condition.
4. Monitor the tyre air pressure once a month and adjust any small drop in air pressure.
5. Inspect the tyres once a week and remove any nail stuck on it.
6. In case the sealant leaks during this removal, re-insert the nail at the puncture site and remove after 1 minute. The puncture should seal itself.

With proper care, your CEAT Puncture safe tyre should last long. Our special Warranty terms will also help you in case of any unforeseen issues with the tyres.

1. Warranty Period for Manufacturing Defect:*
   1. 6 years from the date of manufacture/warranty registration or till the tyre tread is worn up to Tread Wear Indicators (TWI) whichever is earlier, irrespective of kilometres covered.
2. Warranty Period for Non-Manufacturing Defect:*
   1. 3 years from the date of manufacture/warranty registration or up to 100% tread wear whichever is earlier, irrespective of kilometres covered
